If the issue is our fault (Example: sent in the wrong size, or color), you can return them to us! - The return period is 5 days.

However, if the boots do not fit due to selecting the wrong size, we do not offer exchanges or refunds if the boots received match your original order.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

• It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
