Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Delays

In some rare cases, delivery may take more than 30 business days. We understand delays can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a U.S. tracking number

Please note that tracking will not be active right away.

This is because your order is shipped from overseas. A third-party international carrier first delivers the package to our U.S. shipping partner. Once the U.S. company receives the package and scans it into their system, tracking will become active and you’ll be able to follow your delivery.
