Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 15-25 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carrier. Due to the recent traffis orders going to the US may experience delays.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

If we made a mistake with your order (wrong product or color), we’ll gladly make it right. Just reach out within 5 days of receiving your item — it must be unworn and unused.

If the size doesn’t fit but matches what you ordered, we unfortunately can’t offer returns. However, we’re happy to work with you — whether that’s a discount, store credit, or another solution.
